With over 10 years of experience practising medicine across a range of clinical settings in NSW, Dr Sandy Dong feels privileged to support patients throughout their health journeys as their general practitioner.
She has a strong passion for advocating for women’s health — providing a safe and supportive space where women feel heard, understood, and empowered to discuss their concerns without fear or stigma. Dr Sandy also has special interests in child, adolescent and mental health, and takes a holistic approach to care, delivered in a warm, relaxed and compassionate manner to support overall wellbeing and optimal health outcomes.
Outside of work, Dr Sandy loves spending time with her two young children — especially enjoying Mummy-and-me ballet classes with her daughter, and watching her baby boy explore the world with curiosity and joy. She also supports her husband’s marathon training by finding great new restaurants where they can carb-load before (his) big runs. In her spare time, Dr Sandy enjoys learning about interior design and delights in planning and decorating special events for family and friends.
